Key Research Insights
- The most helpful part of primary research was getting in touch with a psychologist. They appreciated the idea and helped me get an understanding of ways this could help people
- Talking to potential end users was helpful in terms of getting an idea of the way the app could be used
- In lower-income countries, where the mental health resources are not enough, a platform to form a community can pave the way for more improvements in the mental well-being health sector
- The survey and interviews showed that the app could be catered to people from all walks of life; regardless of nationality, age or gender
- A variety of apps exist for enhancing mental well-being but currently there is no platform to form a community for people living with mental health issues
